BRADEN is a actor/model from California, who also does surfing. He’s just a typical California stereotype and very Big Brother material. He thinks of himself as a fashion icon, and makes jewelry, but was “too cool for school” Seriously, what does he have to offer because trying to be famous? Not much I see, at least. Considering he makes up words, I wonder what will be the new term for “Showmance“, or “backdoor”.
CASEY is a teacher and a rap DJ from a low income community? (No location information is on the website of CBS) He believes he will miss his family, and has a life motto: refuse to lose. He’s this season’s token older guy, who, since he is a rapper, may turn out to have a similar personality as Mike Boogie.
CHIMA is a freelance journalist who, as a military brat, lived all over the country. She’s single (yay!) but wants a tall guy (ruling me out). She really is exotic, and very beautiful. If I must say Big Brother does one thing, it’s having the hottest girl (Jen, Michelle (BB4), Holly, Jennifer (BB6). Chima seems smart, something most girls on Big Brother aren’t.
JEFF is an advertising salesman, who is into sports and is very adventurous. He’s single, and wouldn’t mind a Showmance, if she’s the right one for him at the time. He lives by a motto “treat others the way you’d be treated” Ummm, how does that exactly apply to Big Brother US?. He looks smart, and beast in challenges, but could be more of a Survivor fit.
JORDAN is the southern small hometown girl, who is very hot. I’d say she’s the hottest this season. She’s a waitress,, that’s a plus, as I prefer girls on my education level. When I saw Jordan, I figured it’d be her for the win. I was right about Tammy/Victor, Lou, and anyone could predict JT’s win, so maybe I’ll continue to be right. When I saw Jordan, “I couldn’t breath, I had no air, and she‘s on my heart, like a tattoo” (cheesy reference to Jordin Sparks).
KEVIN is a “blackenese” housemate, the first blackenese housemates, I may say. He was a Jehovah’s Witness, but excommunicated from that, breaking away from his family and friends. He describes himself to be ghetto, which I find to be very annoying. He seems like an OK guy, I really think he’ll be interesting. He hopes his lost, estranged family will someday watch Big Brother, see him, and see how he’s become. Despite I don’t think Jehovah Witnesses watch Big Brother, I know the producers will be calling them, telling them about Kevin.
LAURA is a 21 year old bikini model, which is a plus for me. She reminds me of the infamous Jen, which is an extra plus. I also like her too, and she seems fun. While in the house, she plans to live in her BIKINI! Like AI’s Bikini girl, but BB’s own version. That’s a good way to get the guys on her side, but a terrible way to get the girls on her side. It’s also a good way to be an easy fan favourite of guys.
LYDIA is the heavily-tattooed female with a eccentric personality. I really like people that aren’t afraid to act different, just I can do without the dozens of tattoos. Hey, I love how we have the exact same sport teams favourites: none, because she doesn’t watch sports. She also loves her parents, despite her police-officer dad not approving of her tattoos.
MICHELE is a brainy female who has a PHD in neuroscience as her main accomplishment, and self-proclaims to be a nerd and bad geek. OK, girls who are smart are just not for me, as those girls are easily most arrogant, and I don’t know if I’ll expect different from this girl. She also claims to be a news junkie, so I really think that’s a minus, since I can learn more about society while watching Reality TV, than from any news show.
NATALIE is a Tae Kwan Do champion from California. Natalie really looks boring, but hey, I said the same thing about Erinn, so anything can come around to surprise me. She seems smarter than the other Natalie, who believed in a 27th letter in the alphabet, and is into poker. Can the others read her poker face, as goes a bluffing with her muffin? (again, more music reference)
RONNIE is a video game addict, and a uber Big Brother fan, who can recite the order of eviction of every season throughout the series. I bet I can do that, I bet I’m just as mush of a fan as he. He also likes sci-fi collectables, especially star-trek. He’s married to his wife for five years, so there’s little hope of a nerd Showmance. I bet the producers are expecting that.
RUSSELL is a body-builder who goes by the name Russell the love muscle”. We’ll see how loving he really is, when Russell claims he’s ready to get into a fight in the house. He seems like he’ll do good in challenges, but already is giving me BB10 Jessie flashbacks. He is a real estate broker, claiming also to be loud and brash. Is really the producer’s pick for a fan favourite?THE MYSTERY HOUSEMATE is me, a 17 year old reality TV blogger. No, I’m just kidding. But there is a mystery housemate, and CBS hasn’t revealed him/her. No, there’s only one speculation of who it is. Sheila of BB9, claims she’s looking for someone to baby-sit her dog for three months while she’s on vacation, and hasn’t logged into My Space since the day the housemates were in sequester.
OK, Big Brother begins Thursday, 8:00PM July 9th and I really think I have high expectations for this season.
